Manga-Warrior by StanHoneyThief Manga-Warrior by StanHoneyThief
This is a character I made when I was 16-17 and watched a lot of animes back in 2003 or so.
I watched mainly Inuasha, Ranma 1 1/2 and Jeanne the thief (dunno the original english title) however, the series so gave me inspiration for this character and I had the urge to draw him again like this.
He doesnīt even have a name.
I didnīt use him much in the past ever, only drew 2 better hand drawn images of him and lost one of them.
The rest was some scribbles.

This is pretty awesome. I watch a lot of anime too but mostly sci-fi. Recently I've been trying other genres too though. There are still so many things I want to watch, but very little time. XD

Usually I am too, but I used to watch a lot of animes on tv when I was younger and went to school. After school I had the whole afternoon to watch animes XD

I studied wings when I was 14 and took some time to learn the proportions. Sometimes it is not easy for me to get them right especially when I draw them when they are kind of bent by the wind and you see both sides of one wing, the upper side and the lower side of the wing tips.

How do you "study" wings for animals that do not exist in reality? Do you just take the wings from something that actually does exist like birds and bats and then apply those to a meerkat (KM originaly was supposed to have wings...it was just kinda natural for her "breed" to develop them once they reached a certian age, but too much stress in their lives or just ONE tramatic event could cause the wings to be deformed or prone to infection and cancer, but in most cases, simply not develop at all. A "KM" with full healthy and beautiful wings with a history of abuse is unheard of. But I always had plans of KM "waking up" from an "assisination" or sucide attempt with a pair of full, glamorous wings. And now you know why, I call myself
"Phoenix-Kat".

Does make sense.
I first drew birds from photos and stuff. I first only drew the out lines of the bird like a pictogram. You know those stickers you see on windows.
They have different shapes. For example eagles have long wide wings with many long pointy tips and falcons have more thin wings with short upper arms and long hand wing feathers where the wings end in one or maximum 3 tips.

Crow: galleryplus.ebayimg.com/ws/web…
Falcon: galleryplus.ebayimg.com/ws/web…
Buzzard or hawk: ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I…
Gosh hawk or sperrow hawk: greifvogelsilhouetten.de/data/…
Red kite: upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia…

Well I noticed emideatly that they are looking all differently.

What's a "pictogram"? Did you change fursonas? I notice your icon thingy looks a tottaly new character.

The character is not new, it is my fursona Wiesli, my oldest OC ever XD
Yeah I changed it again. I donīt know what's wrong with me.
A pictogram is a minimized image of an object, for example the toilet symbols for men and women.
The links lead you to different bird shaped figures.

I always thought you should use him as your main fursona. Next to Rubicon, KM is my oldest OC. Rubicon was never intended as a fursona or character to represent myself. Whenever I tried to change KM to make her look like a meerkat to everyone else or even use a different character as a "fursona", it just didn't feel "right". KM will always be my fursona.

I have maybe a multiple disorder, I nearly can b everyone except for myself as human person. I donīt know.
It depends on my mood who I am. I donīt even know how that comes. It developed when I was a child, maybe one of those Autism things or a different thing which comes along with it. Autism can cause different disorders paralel to Autism itself.
It confuses a lot of people because they mostly hear of one of those things and not about a person who has all of it at the same time LOL
My characters all have some similarities or shemes. Some are dominant, kinda intelligent, goot in self-defense and you donīt get them down, or they are fat, shy, greedy and rather cowardly XD Sometimes I think I am a Doctor Jackel /Mr. Hyde person XD

I found one not too long ago called "Ginga Densetsu Weed". All the characters are pretty much dogs. The only version I could find online is the Japanese one with English subtitles.

I think I know what anime that is. I saw images of them and saw a part of an episode. It never made it to the official west tv I think.

Oh really? I never knew that it never aired outside of Japan or the internet.
I'll probably be rewatching animes I've seen before and look for new ones this summer once I'm done with school for the semester
