CE : pixel icon for Fennevee

This is a contest entry (that´s why CE) so finally took some time to make my entry finally. I was quite busy with various things but I wanted to give it a try.
This pixel icon has the same bounce animation like my current icon but these icons are not available as commissions. I don´t make these often because they take time and are not so easy to animate with all the layers.
